Definitions

What you are buying

Pricing definitions

Datastream
One connectivity point into the telemetry system that delivers data — for example a controller/PLC, cellular gateway, PI, LIMS, or DCS connection.
Asset
A modeled unit of equipment or system lane (cooling tower, heat exchanger, boiler train, RO skid, closed loop, and so on) that holds chemistry state and, optionally, a twin.
Viewer seat
Free access to view telemetry. The holder cannot take actions or use the rest of the system. Granted by a seat that already has telemetry access.
Site
A customer location with one or more units and assets under a shared operating and compliance context.
