Deployment options
Cloud SaaS hosted by AquaAdvisor, a dedicated single-tenant instance, or a full on-premise installation, including air-gapped sites. On-premise uses the same chemistry engine, asset models, and twins as the hosted service.
Data ownership and export
Your account data belongs to you. Export is a standard product feature, not a retention lever.
Tenant separation
Each organization's data is separated at the organization level in the hosted service. A dedicated instance or on-premise deployment provides full infrastructure separation.
Access
Role-based seats control what each user can see and do. Viewer seats are view-only. Identity-provider integration is confirmed per deployment.
Reproducibility and audit
Chemistry databases are delivered as versioned bundles, so results can be reproduced. Legionella program records use an append-only audit trail.
Change control
On-premise upgrades follow the customer's change-control schedule.
